Every honour roll has a beginning. For the Boulder Football Club, that journey starts with Glenn O'Loughlin.

The first Tiger to win the Goldfields Football League's highest individual honour, Glenn claimed back-to-back Mitchell Medals in 1982 and 1983, announcing himself as one of the outstanding footballers of his generation.

A gifted midfielder with exceptional skill and football intelligence, Glenn's success in the Goldfields became the foundation for an outstanding career beyond Boulder.

His achievements included:

• Mitchell Medallist — 1982 & 1983

• Fyson Medallist — 1982 & 1988 (twice)

• WAFL Premiership Player — Subiaco (1986)

•  Foundation Squad Member — West Coast Eagles (1987)

Glenn's football journey carried him from the Goldfields to the highest level of the game, yet his place in Tiger history was secured long before then. He wasn't simply another Mitchell Medallist...
