By 1910, Boulder City Football Club had grown from an ambitious newcomer into one of the Goldfields' football powerhouses. The club's distinctive black and amber hoops had become instantly recognisable across the region.Unlike the lace-up guernseys of the club's earliest years, football jumpers had begun to evolve. 

The cleaner sleeveless design offered greater freedom of movement while retaining the bold horizontal stripes that had become synonymous with Boulder football. This jumper carries special significance. It was worn during the 1910 Goldfields Football League Premiership season, another milestone in the club's remarkable early success. The black and amber hoops would remain a familiar sight for years to come, becoming part of the visual heritage that ultimately evolved into the modern Tiger jumper.
