Every football club treasures players who grow up in its colours. Jeff James is one of those Tigers.

A product of the Boulder Football Club from his junior days, Jeff developed into one of the finest players of his generation and, in 1987, reached the pinnacle of individual achievement by winning the Goldfields Football League Mitchell Medal.

His football journey was built on consistency, determination and an unwavering commitment to the Black and Gold.

Jeff’s outstanding career included:

• Back-to-back Senior Premiership Player — 1989 & 1990

•  1990 Country Football Championships Fairest & Best

But Jeff’s contribution didn’t end when the boots came off. He continued to serve the Boulder Football Club as Treasurer before being honoured with Life Membership #76 in 1999 — fitting recognition for a lifetime of dedication to the Tigers.
