Before there were premiership dynasties Before there were club legends… There was Paddy Hebbard.

One of the outstanding footballers of the early Goldfields era, Hebbard claimed the GNFL Medal, recognising him as the Goldfields Football League's Best and Fairest player.

A fearless competitor and brilliant all-round footballer, Paddy played a leading role in establishing Boulder City as one of the powerhouse clubs of the competition. His ability to consistently influence games earned the admiration of teammates, opponents and supporters alike.

Paddy's football was built on courage, skill and unwavering commitment to the Black and Gold. At a time when football was played with little protection and plenty of toughness, he stood among the very best.

Nearly a century later, his name remains firmly etched in Boulder City Football Club history as one of the great pioneers of the game.

His Medal was more than an individual honour. It recognised a footballer who helped lay the foundations for generations of Tigers to follow. A pioneer. A champion. A Tiger forever.
