Impending Milestones
Supporters are encouraged to come down and cheer on two of our favourite sons as they reach significant milestones in the next few weeks.

• Ben Gabbedy will play his 150th league game on the 18th July against Railways at Sir Richard Moore Oval.
• Chris Bowie will play his 100th league game on the 1st August in the derby.

Both Boulder based clubs will play off on the 1st August for the Macgregor-Kennedy Cup and it is also the Life Members Day.

Casserole Night
Following the Kambalda game this Sunday we will be having a casserole tea. All players need to bring a dish ........... if you can't cook, then find someone who can - wife, girlfriend, sister, mother, grandmother, next door neighbour ......... it doesn't matter, but don't turn up empty handed.

Aaron Taylor Appeal
Last week's tragic accident where BCFC junior footballer, Aaron Taylor, was seriously injured in a moped accident has resulted in a major fundraising appeal to help the family with unexpected and out of pocket expenses at this very difficult time.

A bank account has been set up at Goldfields Credit Union where donations can be lodged. Contact Sara Musarra for the BSB and bank account details or alternatively simply go into GCU who will happily accept your donations and record your generosity.

Let's get behind Arthur and Deb Taylor in a typically Boulder way and try and support the family. Every little bit will help.

Membership fees
Membership fees are overdue and need to be paid without any further delays. Unfinancial members will not receive any awards. Be fair to your club and your team mates and pay your membership as soon as possible.

• Seniors - $240 - includes insurance, a single ticket to the end of year wind-up and a Tigers keyring
• Colts - $110 - includes insurance, a single ticket to the end of year wind-up and a Tigers keyring
• Social - $50, includes a club shirt and keyring
• Pensioners - $20

The Final Tiger cub has arrived

• Kane Ryan's partner Rebecca delivered a lovely baby boy on the 7th April at 5.57pm. Ethan Kane Ryan weighed in at 6lbs 15ozs.
• Roz & Tony Reid welcomed Zoe into the world on the 8th April at 9.30am. Zoe is a healthy 6lb 12ozs.
• Matt and Lauren Worthington welcomed Kye Matthew Worthington at 10.13am on the 9th April. Kye was a very healthy 7lb 14ozs.
• Travis and Georgie Coulson were delighted to welcome Maisie Jean at 9pm on the 9th April 2009. Maisie weighed in at 7lb 12ozs.
• Donna and Daniel Coughlan were thrilled with Thomas Stanley Coughlan's arrival on the 29th April at 8am. Thomas is a healthy 7lb.

Twenty20 cricket
The 3rd annual Twenty20 cricket match between the Over 30's and the Under 30's was played on Saturday 7th March. The Over 30's came away victorious on the day, albeit that they'd played a couple of boys who didn't quite look to be over 30. Jorden Hooks was ajudged Man of the Match finishing with 4/5 off his two overs. Click here for the 2009 score card.

Life members appointed to top jobs
The Committee are delighted to announce the appointment of two life members to the Club's top two jobs. Danny Hayes has taken over the role of President for 2009 and Adrian Hooks has been appointed as the League Coach for 2009.

Are you a footballer wanting to play with a great football club? If so, please contact either Danny Hayes or Adrian Hooks. We can assist in finding work for you with opportunities for well paid work in many areas. There is no shortage of work for qualified tradesmen in our region.

New players are sought at the Club and enquiries should be directed to either Adrian or Danny.

2009 fixtures
Click here for the 2009 GFL fixtures. Football will be played over Saturday and Sunday for every round next year. The game times in Rounds 1 will be as follows:

• 2pm - Colts
• 4pm - Reserves
• 6pm - League

During the 2nd round there will be a trial of the following times:

• 2pm - Reserves
• 4pm - League
• 6pm - Colts

The success (or otherwise) of the trial in Round 2 will determine the game times for the remainder of the season.

Number plates
The following numbers are available for $200 each. Please contact any of the Committee who will arrange for completion of an application form and receipt your $200 so that your number plates can be ordered. These take approximately six weeks to arrive back at your nominated Licencing Centre from the time they are ordered.

Anyone wishing to purchase BCFC 22 number plate for $210 please contact Mark Finnigan.

Anyone wishing to purchase BCFC 50 (premiership year) number plate for $250 please contact Podge on 0408 935 100.
